  The Metropolitan Junior Baseball League (MJBL) is a non-profit organization the was founded during segregation in Richmond, Va in 1966 by Dr.William Forrest. MJBL was conceived to provide an opportunity for African -American youth to participate in organized baseball. This year ,MJBL, celebrating its 60th Anniversary, provides baseball, educational opportunities and mentoring to youth of nationalities who desire to participate in the league. We are happy to announce  MJBL has expanded its offering and has league members in seventeen states across the U.S. and in the Bahamas!
